Cosmo Plum is a honey-processed lot of caturra and castillo, harvested around Buesaco in Nariño. The farms sit on volcanic soil between 1,600 and 2,000 metres. It’s a collective lot, made possible through the work with Fusion Coffee Exporters and Nordic Approach. The honey process is what builds the sweetness and the jammy character here. Tasting like dark plum, purple grapes and brown sugar.
