This silky and liquory espresso comes from Natália Brito and André Luíz Garcia’s Jaguara farm in Campo das Vertentes, Brazil. Produced as an extended-fermentation natural, the selectively hand-picked yellow Catuai cherries undergo 80 hours of fermentation, resulting in a rich and sweet profile with notes of liquorice, cocoa nibs, and pecan.
