It started when we worked with Akvo Water Systems to install a customised water system, designed to highlight the full potential of the coffees we serve. Over time, guests began asking if they could take our water home, wanting to recreate the same clarity and balance in their brews. So we developed a simple, effective solution: a set of drops that replicates our shop’s brewing water, wherever you are. After extensive blind cuppings with our team, one profile stood out each time. This composition brings out the sweetness, texture, and brightness we look for in every cup. The formula is split into two bottles to prevent mineral precipitation. Add to demineralised water following the instructions — before or after brewing — and enjoy the same water we use daily, with no extra equipment needed. This is not a tool for experimentation. It’s for those who simply want great coffee, brewed the way we do it. For best results, use the bottles within 3 months after opening or within 6 months if the bottle is sealed. Each 50ml bottle contains around 800 drops, enough for approximately 80 L of brews depending on your taste preference.
