A washed lot harvested in the Shantawene village of Bensa. This coffee is structured, with complex acidity and a very elegant, silky profile. Expect tasting notes of yellow raisin, mirabelle plum, raspberry, and jasmine. It’s a refined and delicate cup, not overly expressive, but beautifully balanced and smooth.
