This coffee comes from the Shinzingo AMCOS cooperative in the Mbeya Rural district of Tanzania. Grown from KT 423 and Bourbon N93 varieties, this washed lot is processed with real care. The result is bright, herbal and smooth all at once, with tasting notes of white citrus, black tea and macadamia.
